One thing that surprised me during my research was how affordable many 200 hour yoga teacher training cost programs in India are compared to courses in other countries. At first, I worried that lower prices might mean lower quality, but my experience proved otherwise. The school I joined provided experienced teachers, comfortable accommodation, healthy meals, and detailed training at a reasonable cost. I also met students from Europe, America, and Australia who specifically traveled to India because they wanted authentic yoga teachings at affordable prices. Many of them said they could never have afforded similar programs in their home countries. The experience taught me that affordable yoga training can still offer incredible value, especially when the focus is on traditional teachings and personal growth instead of luxury facilities.
